Agent benefits

LANDRANI® Lamb earns a 7% royalty fee, an event hire fee, and a 2% marketing fee (all fees are calculated, excluding VAT), ensuring that agents receive full operational control while benefiting from brand credibility and ongoing support.

Financial Commitment & Fees

Agent Investment
  • Total Investment: R570,000 (incl. VAT)
  • Includes Full Ownership of the Food Truck – A fully branded, equipped mobile kitchen ready to trade.
Ongoing Fees (Excluding VAT):
  • 7% Royalty Fee – Payable on gross revenue for brand usage and business support.
  • Event Hire Fee – Fixed fee per event, covering logistics and booking management.
  • 2% Marketing Fee – Covers national and local promotional efforts to drive customer traffic.
The R570,000 investment includes:
  • Fully Equipped Food Truck – Custom-built, branded, and fully operational.
  • Training & Onboarding – Comprehensive coaching in operations, food preparation, and
    business management.
  • Initial Stock Allocation – First batch of premium LANDRANI® Lamb products and ingredients.
  • Branded Workwear & Packaging – Customized uniforms and high-quality, eco-friendly
    packaging.
  • Event & Trading Site Access – LANDRANI® Lamb secures prime event and weekday locations.
  • Marketing & Advertising Support – Inclusion in LANDRANI® Lamb’s promotional campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

LANDRANI® Lamb’s Role (Support & Brand Management)

LANDRANI® Lamb ensures agent success by providing brand credibility, operational support, and premium product supply.

  • Provides the Food Truck & Initial Setup – Agents receive a fully operational, branded mobile kitchen.
  • Secures High-Traffic Trading Locations – School events, shopping centres, and corporate sites.
  • Supplies Premium Lamb-Based Products – Ensuring consistent quality across all food trucks.
  • Manages Event Coordination – Booking and logistics for high-footfall events.
  • Offers Ongoing Training & Support – Regular coaching and operational guidance.
  • Provides Branding & Marketing – National campaigns, advertising, and promotions.
  • Facilitates Procurement of Bakery & Fresh Produce – Agents can source additional supplies via LANDRANI® Lamb’s network.
  • Handles Accounting Support & Royalty Collection – Ensures accurate fee processing.
Agent’s Role (Full Business Ownership & Operation)

Agents own and operate their food trucks as independent businesses under the LANDRANI® Lamb brand.

  • Manages Full Business Operations – Responsible for running the food truck daily.
  • Handles Sales & Customer Engagement – Providing excellent service and maintaining brand reputation.
  • Prepares & Serves High-Quality Meals – Following LANDRANI® Lamb’s menu guidelines.
  • Ensures Hygiene & Compliance – Maintaining the highest food safety standards.
  • Handles Stock Management & Replenishment – Ordering products and tracking inventory.
  • Processes Daily Sales & Transactions – Sharing sales data and event insights with LANDRANI® Lamb.
